What is the Warranty Policy for Buy.ae?
warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product.
On selected products and in instances where we are considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers.
In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

How do I Return an Item(s)?
buy.ae gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.
How does it work?
Go to “My Account”
Click on “Returns”, then “File a new return”
Select the item(s) you want to return from the list.
Select the most appropriate return reason
Select your preferred pickup location and submit.

2.3 Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order.
We accept payment by, a) credit/debit card; b) via your wallet; or c) cash on delivery (an amount not exceeding SAR, AED 6,500 for U.A.E, KSA & EGP 25,000 For Egypt).

buy.ae has an easy to process, customer friendly refund policy
a) I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
b) I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 7 day returns
c) I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
In case of change of mind, before receiving your order, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return them, with the below terms and condition applied:

The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box)
In cases, of clothing & fashion orders, the original tags and seal be present along with the original packaging
d) I made a transaction via credit card. How can I receive a refund?
In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled from our end, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card.
if you cancel the order, products which are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund as buy.ae store credits within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per buy.ae return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) as your buy.ae store credits within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
You can request to transfer buy.ae wallet credits back to the debit/credit card or bank account within 180 days/6 months of the order date.
e) I made a transaction via cash on delivery. How can I receive a refund?
If you paid by cash/card on delivery, we will issue a refund to your buy.ae store credits. From the buy.ae store credits, you can either place new order or transfer the credits to your bank account. For more details you can contact us at (+971)-92-775228
I didn’t Receive an Item, What do I do?
Kindly contact our customer service crew and provide them with your order number, they will trace the item and update you.

Why are there different prices for the same product ?
The same product can be sold by different sellers.
Sellers can list their offer against a product while keeping the price competitive.
For example: One seller might sell an item at AED 100, 100 SAR or 100 EGP, while another would sell it at AED 110, 110 SAR or 100 EGP. A list of offers can be seen below each product.
