What is the Warranty Policy for

In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

How do I Return an Item(s)? gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

How does it work?

Click on “Returns”, then “File a new return”
Select the item(s) you want to return from the list.
Select the most appropriate return reason
Select your preferred pickup location and submit.

Why are there different prices for the same product ?

The same product can be sold by different sellers.

Sellers can list their offer against a product while keeping the price competitive.

For example: One seller might sell an item at AED 100, 100 SAR or 100 EGP, while another would sell it at AED 110, 110 SAR or 100 EGP. A list of offers can be seen below each product.
